* AEROPONICS: It is the process of growing plants in an aerial or foggy environment without using soil.

*HYDROPONICS:  It is a method used to grow plants using mineral solutions instead of agricultural soil

What foods would we like to grow in each model?

1. Strawberry

Strawberry hydroponic production systems vary in structure and management, but their main advantage over soil production is that they have a better use of space 

. For the start of this cultivation in hydroponics, the same principles are applied as in the soil, where seedlings in root ball or bare root are obtained from nurseries and established in the system. When selecting the plant, it is sought that the crowns have a diameter of more than 15 mm to ensure their vigor and survival.

We would use this technique to grow strawberries because we would take advantage of the space to generate a greater production of these, unlike if they are grown in the ground.

2. LUCCHINI

These could be easily grown with the hydroponic method, since the use of pesticides is not needed, it can be grown with the use of led lights and demand less water and space. Besides, they have more nutrients, it means that part of the crop would not be lost.
